QVI Webpage
I wanted to share my author and Quality Value Investing website, which Substack now hosts: https://davidjwaldron.substack.com.
The website features nine pages:
Home — The homepage features the archives of the over 200 QVI newsletter posts published since its launch on Substack in January 2023. Use the Home page to browse articles you may have missed. The tab includes the Latest and Top-Rated post sorting.
Podcast — Future page for when I get around to providing audio versions of select articles and full audio of four of my published books, including the upcoming Quality Value Investing: How to Pick the Winning Stocks of Enduring Enterprises.
Subscribe — New or returning individual subscribers can choose Monthly (Premium), Annual (Premium), Premium+ Founder, or Free options. Users can also purchase a Group subscription (20% off annually) or Gift a monthly or yearly subscription.
Founding — Same links to Premium tab content and reminders for Founders to submit the required information for a personalized print copy of Build Wealth with Common Stocks and that their Premium+ subscription will be free after the first year.
Premium — The Premium page is for monthly and annual subscribers to get acquainted with QVI via onboarding and introductory articles, ready access to user guides, archives by theme, and the QVI Stock Picks Real-Time Performance Trackers.
Free — Welcomes new Free subscribers to QVI, including an opportunity to upgrade to Premium or Founding Premium+, and a link to the Free Subscriber Onboarding tutorial.
Store — Includes the complete book preview of Build Wealth with Common Stocks, plus more book recommendations written by esteemed authors that I curated for the benefit of quality-driven value investors. Coming soon: Four of David’s full-text published books on the Quality Value Investing Substack Website.
About — Narrative of the Quality Value Investing newsletter on Substack for interested potential subscribers that also serves as a back reference for current subscribers.
I encourage all subscribers to bookmark the QVI website — https://davidjwaldron.substck.com and reference it often for updates and archives.
QVI Chat
The Substack Chat feature is the least used within the QVI platform. This might be my own doing as I gravitate to researching and writing long-form posts and short-form Notes. Nonetheless, I encourage subscribers comfortable with chat rooms to join the QVI Chat to engage in investment-oriented conversations with fellow subscribers. I only ask that you refrain from providing one-on-one financial advice by keeping conversations general to “This is why I bought XYZ.”
Updates on Draft Manuscript of New Book
I have completed the draft manuscript for Quality Value Investing, the book. The subscriber engagement has been extraordinary and humbling, which I greatly appreciate!
Next, I will format the completed draft manuscript for proofreading and conversion to Advance Reader Copies (ARCs), also known as Galleys. At that point, I will contact all QVI subscribers about joining the Book Launch Team if they wish.
The embed below explains the book’s writing process and provides more specifics about what a Launch Team member does to support the book’s final formatting, pre-release promotion, and publishing.
Here is the embedded Real-Time Manuscript for subscribers who have not read each chapter:
For this post, I have opened comments to all subscribers. Please let us know your thoughts on the Quality Value Investing newsletter, webpage, and upcoming book. You can also DM me @davidjwaldron or reply to this email if it’s in your inbox.
Until we meet again next week, thank you for your Quality Value Investing on Substack subscription!
